Keith Harvey has served as business consultant, corporate advisor, and an attorney
for more than 20 years. A specialist in representing medium-sized corporations and
individuals, Mr. Harvey has not only represented numerous business and investment
clients, he has founded several companies and has served as the president of a
multinational corporation himself.

As a result, Mr. Harvey understands how to provide solutions that add value in
real-world scenarios while remaining cognizant of the costs involved. We also offer a
vast network of contacts and partner firms throughout the United States and abroad,
allowing us to customize our services to the specific needs of each client.

Mr. Harvey graduated from the University of Houston with a Doctor of Jurisprudence,
and holds both Master and Bachelor or Arts degrees from Stephen F. Austin
University. He is also a Graduate Fellow of the University of Chicago; a graduate of the
National Institute for Trial Advocacy; and was a participant in the Southwest Missouri
State University MBA Program.

Proficient in both French and German, Mr. Harvey is a board member and former
president of the French/American Chamber of Commerce of Dallas-Forth Worth.
